Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse our wine selection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) throughout Australia. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
All wine deliveries require an adult signature (18+). If you're not home, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or you can collect from their depot. You can add delivery instructions during checkout, but the carrier must still verify age upon delivery.

How do I report a damaged delivery?
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items in your report. Our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.
